1. Introduction

  • The terms outlined below explain our platform's refund and cancellations policies, and for all the services and apps released by beSportly Technologies.

  • By using Classpace, beSportly, beSportly Pro or any other services our platform offers, our customers agree to read and understand the terms below.

2. Definitions

  • "User" refers to any individual or team registering for an event or activity through our app.

  • "Event Organizer" refers to any individual, group, or entity hosting an event, class, venue or service listed on beSportly.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only if the booking made is refundable, and cancellation is initiated 48 hours before the scheduled event. In these cases, users cancelling an event are entitled to a 75% refund of the total booking. 

  • No refunds can be processed for non-refundable bookings.

  • Unfortunately, no refunds can be processed if the cancellation occurs within 48 hours of an event's start time.

  • Partial refunds may also be available, upon consultation with our customer service team and event organizers.

  • In the event of a confirmed refund, users will see their funds settled in their bank accounts (with which their original booking was made) within 5-7 working days (not including week-ends or bank holidays).

4. Disputes

  • In case of any dispute regarding refunds, users should contact our Customer Support (through our app) within 72 hours of the event's scheduled start time.

  • Disputes will be resolved based on any evidence provided by both parties, and our decision will be final.

5. Our Refunds Process

  • To initiate a refund, users must fill out the refund request form available in our app within 24 hours of cancellation.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days of the request being approved.

6. Complaints

  • For complaints related to refunds or cancellations, users should contact our Customer Support via email, or through our website or app.

  • All complaints will be acknowledged within 2 business days, and resolved within 15 business days from the date of acknowledgment.

7. Changes to our Refunds Policy

  • beSportly reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.

  • Users are encouraged to periodically review this policy to stay informed about our refund and cancellation procedures.
